The following individuals have met or exceeded qualification standards for conducting innovation capability assessments on behalf of organizations seeking an InnovationIQ certification.

Organizations seeking to obtain InnovationIQ score and certification must have this assessment conducted by an Authorized InnovationIQ Assessor. Accreditation as an Authorized InnovationIQ Assessor signifies that the practitioner has met or exceeded performance quality metrics in a battery of criteria, including education, experience and ongoing professional development. Authorized InnovationIQ Assessors operate all over the world, handling requests from all major industry verticals in 19 languages. These professionals lead high-performing teams that bring a diversity of experience, skills, knowledge, personas and cultures to the analysis of innovation capabilities. These assessors have a proven track record of analytical skills, academic achievement and exceptional results, alongside a deep cultural understanding of the purpose and value of innovation.

Previously a healthcare senior executive, Susan is currently an innovation consultant that has accumulated extensive experience and knowledge in healthcare strategic development and execution, business development, and operational excellence. Dr. Taofeeq Ashiru is an innovative leader and strategic problem solver. He is an Innovation360® Licensed Practitioner, NVivo Certified Expert (qualitative analytics), Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Chartered Supply Chain Practitioner (MCIPS) with over 29 years’ experience spanning the energy industry, manufacturing and academics. He is an independent consultant and Adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University and New England College of Business both in the U.S.

Educational background includes a DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) with a specialization in project management, MBA (Executive Masters in Business Administration), Diploma in Supply Chain Management from the Institute of Procurement and Supply, United Kingdom, and B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering.

Gerry Purcell, Toronto, Canada

Gerry is responsible for ICG’s North American business. He has over 25 years of experience as an operations executive and a principal consultant in leading global consultancies including BCG, A.T. Kearney and in several boutique firms.

An intuitive thinker and an experienced advisor, Gerry has a confident, collaborative and personable working style. A classically trained consultant, he has worked as an analyst, program manager and engagement executive in North and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East, along with executive roles at two national financial institutions in Canada.

Dr. Kelly Clark, Belfast, Northern Ireland

Kelly is passionate about innovation and transformation. She is adept at creating great ideas and making them happen (even when people and processes seem to be conspiring against it!).

Kelly was Head of Public Sector Reform in Northern Ireland, responsible for innovation in government and the Northern Ireland Innovation Lab (one of the first and leading European labs). She led high profile projects for the Northern Ireland Executive, including an OECD Review of Public Governance, the Cross Cutting Reform Programme (a programme of more than 30 highly ambitious reform projects operating on a cross departmental basis), the Public Sector Transformation Fund (£700m fund to support staff reduction schemes across the public sector) and Northern Ireland’s first Open Government commitments.

Kelly is an experienced Consulting Director with a Big 4 background (KPMG). She led internal consultancy services for the Northern Ireland Civil Service and an international consulting business for OCO Global.

Paulo Malta, Lisbon, Portugal

Paulo Malta is Managing Partner at Innovsky and Innovation 360 Licensed Practitioner since 2015. He has 25 years of professional experience and a strong track record in achieving business results in short, medium and long-term. Specialized in the areas of Innovation Management, Business Model Innovation and Customer Experience Innovation, Paulo uses methodologies like LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and Design Thinking in his projects and workshops. This way, he manages to unlock the participants’ creativity and ensure a human-centered approach. Paulo’s background in Electrical and Computers Engineering is enriched by post-graduate degrees in Management and in Investments & Financial Markets. This set of skills, in the areas of technology, management, and finance, allows him to help companies innovate in their business models and take advantage of digital transformation. He is an experienced public speaker and an innovator committed to making things happen. Munir Khawaja, London, UK

Graduated in Computer Science, Munir is a Senior Innovational Transformation consultant with over 17 years of experience within the UK and Middle East covering Healthcare, Energy, Finance and Govt sector advisory.

He has helped organisations discover path-breaking strategies and embed turnaround roadmaps by shaping, defining and leading complex integrated initiatives.

Maurizio Grassi is an experienced management consultant and serial entrepreneur with more then 20 years of overall experience, among which 13 years of Management Consulting and 7 years as C-level manager in technology-driven companies matured in Europe, India & Singapore. An IT professional evolved into a business manager, Maurizio has a profound passion for innovation and strongly believe in innovation for competitive advantage. Moustafa Khater, Cairo, Egypt

A young man, Moustafa invented more effective ways to build and establish schools in poor areas, changing both how they were built and how education was organized. At 25, he had raised $3.5M funding, and built 182 new schools in Egypt, enabling collaboration between the US and Egypt, creating immense social impact. Dr. Isaiah Engelbrecht, Pretoria, South Africa

Dr. Soo Beng Khoh, Penang, Malaysia

Krishnan Naganathan, Chennai, India

Krishnan has over 25 years of varied industry experience spanning steel, automotive, FMCG and business consulting.
