The following individuals have met or exceeded qualification standards for conducting innovation capability assessments on behalf of organizations seeking an InnovationIQ certification.

Organizations seeking to obtain InnovationIQ score and certification must have this assessment conducted by an Authorized InnovationIQ Assessor. Accreditation as an Authorized InnovationIQ Assessor signifies that the practitioner has met or exceeded performance quality metrics in a battery of criteria, including education, experience and ongoing professional development. Authorized InnovationIQ Assessors operate all over the world, handling requests from all major industry verticals in 19 languages. These professionals lead high-performing teams that bring a diversity of experience, skills, knowledge, personas and cultures to the analysis of innovation capabilities. These assessors have a proven track record of analytical skills, academic achievement and exceptional results, alongside a deep cultural understanding of the purpose and value of innovation.

Dr. Taofeeq Ashiru, Louisiana, USA

Dr. Taofeeq Ashiru is an innovative leader and strategic problem solver. He is an Innovation360® Licensed Practitioner, NVivo Certified Expert (qualitative analytics), Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Chartered Supply Chain Practitioner (MCIPS) with over 29 years’ experience spanning the energy industry, manufacturing and academics. He is an independent consultant and Adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University and New England College of Business both in the U.S.

Gerry Purcell, Toronto, Canada

Gerry is responsible for ICG’s North American business. He has over 25 years of experience as an operations executive and a principal consultant in leading global consultancies including BCG, A.T. Kearney and in several boutique firms.

An intuitive thinker and an experienced advisor, Gerry has a confident, collaborative and personable working style. A classically trained consultant, he has worked as an analyst, program manager and engagement executive in North and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East, along with executive roles at two national financial institutions in Canada.

Paulo Malta, Lisbon, Portugal

Paulo Malta is Managing Partner at Innovsky and Innovation 360 Licensed Practitioner since 2015. He has 25 years of professional experience and a strong track record in achieving business results in short, medium and long-term. Maurizio Grassi, Italy

Maurizio Grassi is an experienced management consultant and serial entrepreneur with more then 20 years of overall experience, among which 13 years of Management Consulting and 7 years as C-level manager in technology-driven companies matured in Europe, India & Singapore.
